About EMC

EMC is a student-run club at Temasek Polytechnic for people who want to build things rather than only read about them. Members come from every diploma — you do not need to be an engineering student.

A typical semester runs workshops on CAD, 3D printing, electronics and fabrication, alongside open build nights where members work on their own projects with help on hand.

We also field teams for competitions through the year. Placeholder paragraph — replace once the committee confirms the details.

AWhat we do

Design & CAD
Fusion 360 and SolidWorks. Members learn to model parts properly before anything gets cut.

Fabrication
3D printing, laser cutting and CNC. Access to the workshop and someone to show you how not to break things.

Electronics
Microcontrollers, sensors, soldering, PCB design. From a blinking LED to something that actually does a job.

Competitions
Teams for robotics and engineering competitions through the year, plus the builds that lead up to them.
